When designer and builder work separately, every change passes through two parties. In a design-and-build approach, planning and delivery sit under one responsibility, so decisions are faster and the budget can be followed from the design stage.
From early in its history, Kozi has carried out commercial interiors, supermarkets and civil works. Walls, floors, ceilings, layout changes and coordination of services are handled together with the interior and furniture, so the result is unified and no work falls between two contractors.

From the workspace to the roof
At the Attorney General's Office in Ceger, we fitted out the workspaces and also coated the building's roof. The photographs show the roof surface before and after coating.

In design and build one team holds planning and delivery. You talk to one party, and the budget can be followed from design rather than after the drawings are finished.
Can Kozi build from a design we already have?
We can discuss it. We review your drawings, share delivery feedback where relevant, then prepare the work plan and budget.
Can the shop stay open during the works?
It depends on scope and site conditions. Phased or out-of-hours working can be planned, and we discuss it before work begins.
