Kozi began with residential projects in 2000, and the home is still where we pay the closest attention to detail. Every household lives differently: some cook every day, some entertain often, some work from home. Good design starts from those habits, not from trends.
Compact homes and apartments benefit greatly from built-in furniture: wardrobes, kitchens, shelving and panels that follow walls and corners so every centimetre is used. We measure on site, prepare working drawings for your approval, build in our workshop and install the pieces ourselves.

Layout, visual direction and material choices are prepared so you can review and respond from the start.
03 Working drawings & budget
Technical details and the budget are agreed together before production starts, while changes are easiest to make.
04 Workshop production
Furniture and interior elements are made in our workshop in Cipondoh, Tangerang, so we control the quality of the work directly.
05 Installation & handover
Our team installs on site, checks the final details and hands over a space that is ready to use.

Yes. A kitchen, wardrobe or freestanding piece can be ordered on its own, and we still measure and install it on site.
Can the design be revised?
We prepare working drawings for you to review before production starts. That is the best moment to adjust sizes, materials or details.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope and the number of items. We give a clear schedule once the drawings are approved, so you can plan your move or use of the space.
